Nestled among the oak & maple trees of Southern Lake County, Camp Triangle Hills is a new 144-acre opportunity for campers to grow in mind, body and spirit. From our new High Adventure Ropes Courses to exclusively quiet areas for reflection, campers will have new and unique opportunities to Achieve, Belong and Connect. The challenge of finding time to discover nature and develop that relationship with the great outdoors is as real as ever. Triangle Hills has all the tools, space, toys, and experiences to awaken the avid explorer in children of all ages.
“Tri Hills” will offer Summer Day Camp for campers entering 4th grade & up. Looking toward our future, Crossroads YMCA Triangle Hills Day Camp and Retreat Center will offer a full selection of family activities and programming.

Members will need to swipe in and out inside the lodge. Registration is not required.

- Closed toed shoes – no crocs or sandals of any kind
- Long hair tied back
- Longer shorts & shirts that fully cover the torso are recommended for your comfort while climbing
We do have a place to store personal items as they cannot be brought with you on the course.
While we do have age, height, and weight restrictions for safety purposes, we do welcome all individuals who meet these criteria onto our course. Given the degree of physical activity required to maneuver around the course, a fundamental requirement for all guests to participate is the ability to climb the ladder up to the course, unaided. Individuals who have pre-existing medical conditions should confer with a physician prior to booking. We recommend that pregnant women do not take part on the course.
The use of our ropes course requires a certain level of mental maturity. All participants will be provided with training on how to utilize the climbing equipment. It is important that all guests can understand & apply the training throughout the activity.
Dog Guidelines
Important Dog Rules to follow while at Triangle Hills Camp and Retreat Center:
- Dog owners must be 18 years or older.
- Dogs must be restrained on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times.
- Dogs must not be left unattended on the property or in a vehicle.
- Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after dog.
- Dogs should be up to date on all vaccinations.
- Dog owners are responsible for their dog’s actions.
- Aggressive dogs should not be brought on property.
