American Red Cross Lifeguard Training program teacher the skills needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. Requirements: Students must be at least 15 years old. Students must be able to swim 300 yards as demonstrated BEFORE the first day of class (freestyle and breaststroke).

We offer the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training program at our branches for future staff. At this time, we are currently offering lifeguard training for future staff only.
