Why not try a tri this Winter? Swim for 10 minutes, bike for 15 minutes and run/walk for 15 minutes. Your combined distance in all three events will be calculated for your final result. This competition is for all levels of fitness. All competitors will receive a water bottle.
5K Hub Run Training Program
Whether you are a beginner or seasoned runner, this program will help you achieve your goals. Train to run the 5K at the Hub Run on April 23. Available training programs are Adult Run Group and Youth Run Group.
