Team Training
When an athlete starts the Parisi program they may notice incredible improvements. Their team members and coach sometime notice that and want to know what they are doing outside of practice to have such major improvements. We offer Partnered Training for 3-4 athletes. But, when it’s a group of 8+ we recommend Team Training.
Team Training is like Personal Training but for an entire team. We offer the ability to work with a group setting focusing on speed, agility, strength, and power that will improve your athlete’s sports performance on the field. It’s not sport specific so, we don’t do hitting or ball work. Instead, we focus on running form how to properly use your arms and strike the ground with the ball of your foot. Agility such as ladders teaching a low center of based and how to push off your outside foot. We also incorporate some strength training based on their skills.
Team Training can be done at our location, or we can send one of our coaches to your facility for training. With Team Training sessions are booked in advance. We require a minimum of 8 athletes and 5 sessions. Prices vary based on the number of athletes and the number of sessions. For more information, contact Schererville or Southlake branches.
