Active Older Adults
Older adult wellness programming is one of the fastest growing areas, especially in aquatics, fitness, and strength training. These programs will help older adults maintain independent healthy lifestyles. Our Forever Young programs, designed for those age 50 & older, will help you not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Enjoy our delicious potluck luncheons or take part in a variety of special programs throughout the year, including guest speakers on such topics as stroke and diabetes.
