Active Older Adults

Older adult wellness programming is one of the fastest growing areas, especially in aquatics, fitness, and strength training. These programs will help older adults maintain independent healthy lifestyles. Our Forever Young programs, designed for those age 50 & older, will help you not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Enjoy our delicious potluck luncheons or take part in a variety of special programs throughout the year, including guest speakers on such topics as stroke and diabetes. Come visit us and join in the fun!

Monthly Meetings of the Wise (Y’s) Tribe

This group of active older adults (ages 60+) will meet on the fourth Thursday of each month at 10:45 am. This meeting of the minds will explore unique wellness topics, provide a time for you to socialize with others and of course snacks!

Potluck and a Guest Speaker.

Game Day, a wide variety of both board and card games with a featured game of the month. Bring a snack to share.
