Active Older Adults

Older adult wellness programming is one of the fastest growing areas, especially in aquatics, fitness, and strength training. These programs will help older adults maintain independent healthy lifestyles. Our Forever Young programs, designed for those age 50 & older, will help you not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Enjoy our delicious potluck luncheons or take part in a variety of special programs throughout the year, including guest speakers on such topics as stroke and diabetes. In-person Forever Young fitness programs are not being offered due to CDC recommendations and for keeping our most vulnerable member base safe. However, if seniors choose to participate in other program or class offerings, we recommend you wear masks, practice social distancing and wash your hands frequently.
